Gowri is an institutional Investment Manager with an established track-record across the GCC region spanning listed equities, sukuks, debt securities and managing direct investments across the financial services and industrial sectors.
His expertise spanning 15 years within investment management, includes establishing and leading the Asset Management Division of Ahli Bank, managing assets of Oman National Investment Corporation (ONIC), and others.
Gowri is a Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Management Accountants – U.K. (FCMA), Member of the Chartered Institute of Securities and Investment – U.K. (MCSI), Certified Practising Accountant (CPA Aust.), Chartered Global Management Accountant – U.S.A. (CGMA), International Certificate in Wealth & Investment Management (ICWIM - CISI), Certified Blockchain Expert (Blockchain Council) and holds a First-Class Honours Degree in Applied Accounting (BSc. Hons.) from the University of Oxford Brookes.
