He is responsible for Wanxiang's technology planning, strategic investments, business model innovation, global partnerships, and, ultimately, incorporating and operating Wanxiang's Innovation & Entrepreneurship platform.

Before joining Wanxiang, Vincent was the General Manager of IBM Greater China’s New Business Initiatives organization, where he was responsible for IBM Greater China’s new technology landing, strategic partnership, and ecosystem development. He led the creation and execution of IBM's blockchain strategy in Greater China, launching HyperLedger Fabric in China.

He has held a series of executive positions at leading multinationals incl. Intel, Infineon and SMIC. He co-founded Tangram Technologies Inc. He led the award-winning Intel Edison program (4 CES 2014 awards, incl. “Best Innovation”) that greatly contributed to IoT edge computing and Maker Movement.

Vincent holds an MBA degree from UC Berkeley, and Master of Science in Material Science Engineering from University of Southern California.
